3 steps to get your life together

Most of us say that we have our lives in order, to keep this perfect image we have for social media, people around us and society as a whole, but the truth is that most of our lives are in shambles. This is why we have grand dreams and new year's resolutions, Because our lives aren’t where we want them to be, and we want to improve that. This is why I created this 3 step framework to get your life in order quickly and efficiently.

Step 1

Now step number one to getting your life in order is to focus on yourself. This should be self-explanatory but a lot of people don’t get nor do this. The fact that your trying to please others & blend in with the crowd is exactly why your life isn’t where you want it to be. If you want to be average, ignore this rule and follow the crowd, because most people are average. But if you want greater and for your life to be in peak order, you're going to have to go against the tide. Have your own opinions, work towards your goals & live this life for yourself & not others because you are in no one’s perspective or body apart from yours.

Step 2

Step number 2 to get your life together is to go to the gym. If you can’t go to the gym then work out at home. Do the push-ups, pull-ups, dips etc… You want to work out consistently because not only will working out cultivate a better-looking body but working out will also teach you the qualities of discipline, consistency & persistence. Witch are all keys to living a free fulfilling life & will ripple out into most parts of life as a whole

Step 3

And the hardest but most crucial thing you have to do to get your life in check is step number 3, which is to quit instant gratification, You cannot expect your life to be all sunshine & rainbows if all you do is play video games & eat little ceasers. If you want your life to be good then your going to have to move your life forward in some capacity which involves you at least limiting instant gratification in your life like playing video games, fapping to the hub, & eating junk food & instead moving your life forward by working out, reading, & progressing towards your goals.

The truth

So gentlemen those are the 3 main steps for getting your life in order. Now there are many more things you can do and I will cover those in other articles don’t get it twisted. I just covered these fundamental bases for getting your life in order because doing these important things will naturally branch out to other parts of your life, now the things I mentioned here might not be easy all the time, but they're simple.Everyone wants a complicated hack or trick to get the results with less effort but sometimes there are no shortcuts & you just gotta do the hard but simple work. Sometimes the hard but simple method is the best method to produce results into fruition.
